Annual Report

Every January our Clergy, Staff, and Lay Leaders prepare reports for the St. Matthew’s Congregation, the Episcopal Diocese of Texas, and The National Church, providing a snapshot of our parish for the year just ended. At St. Matthew’s, this generally includes: 1) an Annual Report containing detailed ministry reports from 50+ contributors, 2) an Annual Meeting Presentation containing summary reports from the rector, warden, treasurer, etc., and 3) a Parochial Report containing high level data about the parish’s finances, membership, outreach, etc. Most reports include a brief summary of our ministry areas (purpose, activities, meeting frequency, membership, etc.), major accomplishments from the past year, aspirations for the next year, and perhaps most importantly some thank you’s to those vital folks who made it all happen for the glory of God!
